Painting: Smooth finish for inner walls with two coats of putty, one coat of primer and two coats of Royale Health Shield of Asian Paints. External walls will be finished with Exterior emulsion Ultima Protect from Asian Paints.

Compound Wall: 6 Feet high Masonry compound at project boundary wall as per design.

Telephone and Internet: Provision for Telephone/Intercom and Internet connectivity in living room.
